Updates to Store Policies

Previously, free shipping was extended on all orders over $2,000. Moving forward, this free shipping offer will only apply to store supplies and will no longer apply to chemical purchases.

Additionally, effective Sunday, 06-14-2026 store credit will no longer be available for Fleet Clean store purchases. All store purchases must be made by credit card moving forward.

As a reminder, per your Franchise Agreement and the Fleet Clean Operations Manual, franchisees are required to purchase approved supplies and chemicals through the Fleet Clean store. No purchases of supplies or chemicals outside of the Fleet Clean store are permitted unless expressly approved by Fleet Clean Corporate in writing.

Operations Manual Section 4.8.3, Store/Supplier Compliance, states that each Fleet Clean franchise is expected to allocate 3 to 3.5% of total revenue to operating supplies and chemicals. This percentage reflects the average spend necessary to support mobile truck washing services efficiently and in compliance with Fleet Clean standards. This metric will be reviewed on an ongoing basis to help ensure each franchise is properly supplied and operating in alignment with Fleet Clean standards.
